Klitschko Haye Almost On

Looks like a fight between Klitschko and David Haye is almost a done deal. Wladimir Klitschko talked recently at Kiev, Ukraine during a master-class for talented children participating in the “Sports Ukraine Build Together” program and had the following to say:

“We have never so far not entered into negotiations with the team of Haye. David for several years has connected his name with Klitschko. This is what he gets. He is an excellent promoter, but in the ring you’ll see what kind of fighter he is. The contract is not signed yet, but we already have something important – a preliminary agreement on July 2. By the end of 2011, all the titles in the heavyweight divison will be mine and Vitali’s. The fight will be in Europe. We are both Europeans and I think that there will be more interest in the Klitschko-Haye in Europe than in the U.S.A. We will divide the money fifty-fifty.”

and here's what David Haye had to say...

"One way or another my next fight is going to be in July. I am hoping it is going to be against Wladimir Klitschko."

"I believe we are pretty close to agreeing. That's what I believe. Whether we are or not is a whole different matter.

"It seems at this stage that we are ready to do it, so hopefully they are. We should know something more in the next few days."

It looks as thought it may be either brother who could face Haye at this stage. Come back for more information.
